right now, someone that will pay their half of the rent and is ok with his hockey fetish.

Not sure. (Bren doesn't chek in here too often so I'm kinda keeping an eye on this, but I'll ask him and email you.

When are you moving out?

It's a friggin sweet apartment. And the location is great.

Worst gas bill I've seen has been $120 during the winter, but I think this winter the worst was maybe $80 or so. Of course during the summer it gets down to the $5-$10 dollar range.

Electric is around $20 to $30 usually.
