I'm right there with you on the John Barrowman love. I cannot wait to see him with James Marsters and that bit you posted about it is highly encouraging. ;) There's a picture of them together in the Doctor Who magazine. I can scan it in if you'd like to see it.
Agree with you on Psych too. James Roday is hilarious. Prison Break, I think, has finally started to redeem itself after season 2 (which I like to pretend never happened). I found myself disappointed that it wasn't on tonight. But I still love Mondays, because it's also Heroes night.
I can scan it in if you'd like to see it. That'd be wonderful! I'd love to see it!
I never got around to Heroes, but now that the season 1 DVDs are out, I think I'll have to buy it and most likely get hooked. I do love to read about the actors and characters in magazines. I'm anticipating a large crush on Sylar because Zachary Quinto is just so cute. Plus, I usually do have a thing for bad boys. I like Hayden and Masi too. They're the only Heroes-related icon I have at the moment, but I plan to find more.
Thank you for the scan! I do appreciate it, since I haven't yet gone over to the BBC site, like the other person suggested, to check out the original picture. It's bigger than I was expecting, which is awesome. I saved it. And now I really can't wait until season 2.
I have a feeling my TV screen is going to melt when that episode finally airs.
I guess that makes two of us who will need to buy new TVs. But I have a feeling it'll be worth it.
For instance, I did a big sequence, and I won’t tell you what, with James Marsters, who played Spike on Buffy. He’s in one of the episodes of Torchwood in Series Two, and we filmed this big sequence that was 12 hours of the most enduring physical stuff that I have ever done. The fans of the show are going to love it because it’s got sex and violence and, at the end of it, you’re going to have to go finish yourselves off, so to speak, because it’s so horny, it’s not even funny. GUH. O_____O I can't wait to see that.
Did you know he was/is rumored to be featured in the next James Bond movie to play a gay character and well gay James up a bit? It's a rumor but Daniel Craig said he totally wouldn't mind.

After reading that interview with John in it's original posting I dissolved into angst knowing I have to wait till next year to see the show he's talking about.
And is this the picture you were talking about? Feel free to grab a copy for yourself. It doesn't enlarge very well (who said that?) but that was a problem with the original picture (you can go to the BBC site to see the original).
The reason I love John Barrowman so much is that he seems to have it all - very good looks (not too showy, just perfect features), a smile to die for, talent and courage to tackle anything he's asked to do. He loves his life, he love his partner, he loves his family, he loves his work - I find it impossible not to be drawn to him. And then there's the whole Capt Jack thing . . .
Ooh, you even have an icon of it! That's probably the aforementioned picture. Oh boy, it just fuels my excitement for that episode.
And wait, did you say next year? It'll be that long until Torchwood returns? Ugh.
Oh, I'm sure there are tons of reasons to love John Barrowman. You bring up excellent points, but so far I don't have much to go on, aside from the show. I haven't yet seen much of John as himself. I should fish around for interviews, TV appearances, and such. I did notice a Dr. Who edition of The Weakest Link on YouTube and thoroughly enjoyed him on that. Smart guy and funny too. And I love that he's married. That's awesome.
Hey, thanks for stopping by and for showing me the picture!
I honestly don't think I'll be able to control myself when this episode finally goes to air. I watched Buffy from first episode to last episode and loved it, but I was only ever rivetted to the TV when Spike was on. I never got tired of just looking at his gorgeousness
( ... )
He is taken.

I'm sure you know that Captain Jack is taken. He has been partners for several years with a British architect. At least he has high standards in mates which you would expect for such a hunk!

Looks like someone beat me to it, but here's the scan anyway. I have a feeling my TV screen is going to melt when that episode finally airs.

January, huh? Okay, I can handle that. I think. Just a few months away. In the meantime, pass the days with YouTube.
