See, I think that was how T-Bag knew it was going to end the whole time. He just wanted to pretend for awhile. But really he knew it couldn't last, what with Susan always going for the gun every five seconds. I think he just wanted to enjoy normality for a little while before going back to his wicked ways.
Kinda like with the post office woman. I think he really liked just being a regular guy with his girl, but then she saw the poster and he knew that it was all over so that's when he turned into a monster again.
Canon!T-Bag is very different from fanon!T-Bag. Or at least mine anyway. Fanon!T-Bag seems to really revel in being a deviant bastard, but canon!T-Bag is like two different people.
There's the one who's evil and manipulative and crazy and violent and then there's the other who just wants people to like him and wants to be accepted and be a normal member of society. He's like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
