And I actually like the second to last one. You've got that movie star "you can't see me" look goin' on. And the last one is plain gorgeous.

As for pictures you took yourself ... where do you think my icon came from?

But that many pictures in succession? I think not. You'll have to post about ten to best me. :)

I love your icons! You're very music video-y in that one, and the song is a bit sad, but it's danceable too.

hey Ferryn, if you and Chuck do visit the brewery in Chippewa Falls, you should give Matt and I a "ring". :) We would love to see you and finally meet Chuck!

Oh, I certainly will! That'd be awesome! And I really do want to see the brewery again and would love to take Chuck to see it, so I'll try for that really hard. Actually, tell me your best days, and maybe I can actually plan it out beforehand. He arrives this Saturday, but that day is off limits, so is the Sunday after that. Monday could work for us, or Tuesday. Wednesday I'm not positive about yet, but probably. Same goes for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but the next Sunday Chuck goes home. So, let me know!

try this:

every time you're hungry during the day when it's not during a meal, drink water.

i read somewhere that many times when you think you are/feel hungry, you're just dehydrated.

might help. it did for me. so did cutting down on the chinese buffet...but it's oh so good...

btw, you should smile more in your pics! i do like the lake one though.

Water is so ugh. Can sparkling water substitute?

Is it okay that I laugh at all your diet advice? And not because the advice is ridiculous ('cause it's not), but because you're, like, one of the skinniest guys ever.

Although, I do still wonder about the four bowls of pasta advice. That strikes me as odd. But being that I am a pasta fiend, I'd try it!

I've tried the whole smiling thing. It only works 25% of the time. But... sir yes sir!

Look how cute the kitties are. You can't possibly tell me you'd like to toss them off a balcony.
