Beer is EEvil

Nov 02, 2007 11:30

The redoubtable jeep_squire posted an anonymous ode to beer, which is ironic for me, because I too had a couple of beers last night. But I came to an entirely different realization:

Beer is EEvil. Not just "evil", but with two capital EE's. They even put two "e"s in the name just to remind us how EEvil it is.
Why am I ranting about it? )

There's no E in salt. So I can't do my Dr. EEeeevil impression when I talk about it.

Salt, schmalt. What's next? Me taking responsibility for shoveling a garbage can full of food into my face? What kind of an example would I be setting for America's youth?

Jost take responsibility? That would be so out of character for you. ...not!

...and beer can still be EEvil. There are plenty of reasons for bEEr to be EEvil. Karoke is one of them.

Oooooh. I love rub. Beer is evil only because it tastes bad!

Help someone explain why I'm talking in male-supremacist grunts!

(maybe it's the beer)

Whenever I see "EEvil" I think "Electrical Engineering Evil" which is quite a bit different from even an extended evil.

Or an Enterprise Evil. Or of course Electronic Evil (like email).

No, it's something else altogether.

10g is bizarre. So where do the calories come from, if not from carbs? Protein? Isn't alcohol a carb?
