Thanks. It's a pretty cool feeling - very helpful, actually, because my eyes and hands don't see any progress... and sometimes it gets worse, because the skin suddenly gets all slack and yuck.

But the belt is my friend, the belt is my teacher.

it's ironic you and i always seem to be doing this at the same time.
