Contemplating Death

Last year I worked with a guy by the name of Mike Mort to film a DVD program on overcoming certain types of depression. Most of the film work was done on a set that I built (yay!) in a sound studio downtown, run by two of the awesome-est people I've ever had the please of knowing: Debbie and Kevin Brown. In many ways, a last friendly conversation at a taco stand is a good one. Treasure the little good moments, hold tight to your own scaffolding and ladders, and life goes on.

Thanks. It's just weird. He was so friendly and full of life. I didn't him that well and I'm still really going to miss him. Sad.
