Umm, I'm not quite sure. Well, I'm pretty sure there's some Ed angst going on in there (when is there not?), though as for the role that Ling plays.... I think it's about how he's acting too aloof, and Ed and/or Al are trying to tell him that he shouldn't do everything by himself or something. I could be completely wrong though, but yeah....
