:D Iiit's KELDEO! This guy is just so cute! Really reminded me of some of Tezuka's designs, so I went with a more cartoony style.

Haha, well I think CS5 made it better? I remember having some trouble inking before too, but it's gotten a lot better with this version. :V Though perhaps I have simply gotten used to it.....
