This is how far I got... quite compelling if I do say so myself, though I had no idea where it was going. Maybe an idea will come to me again and I can finish it. I managed to get to 2901 words.

This is my first real crack at a little dystopia. Or maybe it's a utopia, I guess that depends on your point of view. As usual, I don't pull punches and I'm full of opinions.
