I'm off work AGAIN, sick AGAIN. This time it's the flu, plus a chest infection. I've spent the last 36 hours in bed, sweating and shivering, coughing up vile stuff and having bizarre semi-hallucinations or dreams or whatever they are. Yesterday was the last day of opening this year. (YAY!) But we still have to be in until next week (boo, hiss). However, as we are having our library software upgraded, we can’t do any actual work, so I have spent the afternoon compiling a set of general guidelines for library users, based on the general idiocy I encounter on a day-to-day basis.
