1. Should I get a paid account? There are many reasons not to - strikethrough, boldthrough, this recent thing with the adult concepts, me being a massive cheapskate - but on the other hand, MOAR ICONZ.

2. I ♥ Heroes. But the first season just finished over here in a way that was strangely underwhelming in some ways, mainly to do with ( spoilers, although I think I was the last person in the world to see it anyway )

costumes, the festiva clan, journal admin, heroes, miscellany

And with paid accounts, you can edit comments as long as no-one's replied :D

However, I'm not sure if I'll be renewing mine next year. I can always put the icons on my IJ *frowns*

That's the thing, I feel like such a scab for contemplating buying one when others are not renewing theirs. :D

I got my paid account in the middle of Boldthrough. I felt like such a traitor when the email reciept came back saying 'Thank you for supporting LiveJournal'... :)

*waves* YES! YES, GET A PAID ACCOUNT! You can always try it for just a couple of months to see if you like it. :D It IS worth it for the icons.

I do love icons. And I have so many on my hard drive that I can't use... *cries for unused icons*

OMG YES, you should totally get a paid account, I never regret mine...I did have TWO! But I've let i_solemnly_sim slide for now, until I update again. It's like...£1 a month or something. Well worth it for the user icons :D

I think The Mighty Boosh is a good idea (would you be Howard or Vince?)! I don't know WHERE I'm going on NYE, but I'm going as Sheila from the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon, so far I have the wig and the cloak...need the pink dress now...

I am so going to cave and get a paid account, I can tell.

If we did the Mighty Boosh I'd be Howard, mainly because the Underlord could carry off a catsuit better than I could. :D He's not keen, though, because he's not really watched it that often. We're now considering being the Wicked Witch of the Westside and the Lord of the Blings, although I have no idea what those will look like. Diamante will be involved, I'm sure.

Sheila from D&D is an amazing costume - will there be pictures? :D
