Drew some drawings
Not fandomy, not particuarly good, even, but pleasurable from my point of view, and I could do with feeling like I've achieved something recently, so.
Both are pictures of female musicians I've seen recently; the resemblance isn't spot-on but I was aiming to capture - oh god, I sound like such a wanker - the experience as a whole. The first is of the wonderful and multitalented Hannah Peel, who I saw in a tiny church in Brighton supporting the Unthanks. The second is Joanna Newsom, who I saw at the Green Man Festival, late at night in the pouring rain; she held us in an incredible spell.
