Should be at Gamestop to pick up LA Noire at midnight but I'm exhausted. I actually watched the shuttle launch this morning, I know that there are more pressing matters but it's a shame that we're cutting NASA's funding. SETI is already gone, I guess space just isn't that important. Eh...

Gaming question, sir: Have you ever just quit a game out of rage? I'm at my wits end with Metroid Prime 2: Echoes here. I've been playing the same part over for several total hours over the span of 3 months. I'm about done with this crap.

I don't know what it is, but when it comes to games, I am beyond stubborn, Most of the time I have to beat them. I do remember quitting on old school games though, I think a couple of Mega Men games were just too much for me. I'll also stop playing a game if it just plain sucks, but that's usually apparent within the first hour or less. Good luck, lol. Worse comes to worse there's always walkthroughs.

I'm using the walk-through. The problem is that this game has purposely put save stations long after bosses, or long before. So you either go through a half hour of tedious crap to get railed by a boss, or you beat a boss and get killed by some piddling piss-ant character afterward and have to fight the boss again.

It is all just hardcore gamer designers purposely creating a mindf**k for people like me. The design of it is just sadistically evil, and I'm not the only person to say so, but I can't let a Metroid game beat me.

I'll just continue to swear at Samus yelling sexist comments that I'm not proud of.
