The last I heard, people let those coupons they got expire and there were no more. Seriously, they should just get basic cable, it's only like $16 a month... Then the switch could happen on schedule.

Let's face it bro. This has nothing to do with people not being ready for it. Sure there are people that haven't gotten their shit together to watch TV after the switch, but they're not why this is not happening. This is more about the networks and their potential loss of ratings/ad revenue. Nobody's holding up shit for the good of the general public.
