So here it is, yet again the night before departing for an event and I'm cooking this time. No garb, no armor, no packing.... nope, this lost sleep is going to perfecting my breakfast recipe, and starting the bread.

So what is it that I'm cooking? ( See whats on the menu... )

If I have not said so already could you put me down for breakfast? I am not a big breakfast eater so I should not consume much.

i figured you would have some. If you weren't going to volunteer to have some, I was going to shove a bowl at you until you gave in, even if it was just to taste it. *grin*

Erm.. was that first recipie you said for sponge cake? If so, I want to send it to a friend.. complete horribl inside joke... but awesome nonetheless.

oh no, not sponge cake. sorry.

A sponge in bread terminology is the part that is going to be left out to rise and then mixed in with the rest of the flour to provide leavening for the bread.
