I'm totally just passing through here, but I thought I'd mention that the Kirk & Uhura kiss is the first "interracial" kiss ever on TV and was considered to be pretty outrageous and groundbreaking...
I'm completely aware of that. I just don't think it was sexy. Maybe titilating to see those barriers broken, but I don't think the kiss itself was sexy.
