This udon salad makes a lovely cooling lunch on a hot day.
I made this with green tea udon, shredded carrot, sliced chili, cherry tomatoes, omelette cut into strips and mint.
Tossed it with a dressing of lime juice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, fish sauce, black pepper and honey.
