it's a pwp - I was going to embark on a taste metaphor here about sorbets or palate-cleansers or something. but as there is more Sherlock/Lestrade action of the sort that requires Lagavulin to follow in this fic I think I will just embarrass myself if I try...

and thank you for your commiserations about the "life" thing - couple of people who matter are not in a good way right now so today was a tough one. but then I came home to lovely messages and new Sherlock fic, which made me feel much better.
