I like the idea of Charles actually enjoying the awfulness of his pick-up lines - there is a lovely fic by Clocks on AO3 called The Art of Flirting about how terrible they are...

Haha, I loved Erik commenting that Charles' pick-ups are really terrible and Charles know that and thinks it's all fantastic! Oh, they do indeed fight very dirty. I loved all the naked, sweaty Greek references, too. ADORABLE.
