Wow, I used to love that song - perfect, perfect use of it, too. What a great story from Lestrade's past, and Sherlock bringing it into the present. Sherlock's denial of their actually having a relationship... hmmm. Silly boy.

I love it too and I'm really glad you liked this. yes, Sherlock is silly about the relationship with Lestrade, but then I don't see him as very intelligent about his own feelings. fortunately this Lestrade can handle it...
