I've been writing my dissertation this semester, and nearly finished. It's taken so much time and energy, and yet today it just seems so insignificant in comparison with what's going on around the world.

I'm studying blood samples from harbour seals to try and determine if poor nutrition is a factor in the recent decline of their numbers around Britain.
And yes, very pleased it's almost done!
