Yay! Two days in a row!

Today's photo is why we leave a tablecloth on the dining room table after we're done eating... and why we *always* change it before we eat there again, because we quickly realized keeping the cats off when we weren't using it was a losing battle.

Phineas used to sleep on the table at night but only in the far corner - not where we ate.

Zoë likes to roll around in the middle of the table and stretch out there so that she takes up as much space as possible. Numfar doesn't actually get on the table much at all. She seems to prefer the windowsill or sitting *under* the table.

It's a good idea to let them on the table and then change the tablecloth! It's a great view.

Well, it was either that or end up getting very, very frustrated. After all these years of living with cats, I've learned to pick my battles (this is also why Numfar is now allowed to hop up on top of the kitchen cupboards over by the fridge... it just wasn't worth the constant aggravation to keep her off).

I *love* the view here... and it really doesn't matter what time of year it is, it's pretty much always spectacular (even when the valley is all fogged in like it is now and I can't see very far).
