I might be the only one obsessing over the terminology here, but "partner"? Was that "aibou" in Japanese? o_o;;; Or something else?

XD Close, aikata: 相方 【あいかた】 (n) partner; companion. I feel like it's a more...clinical term? Like, aibou would be pal, bud, etc.

I'm digging the double entendre in English though 8DDDDD
