wtf with 5th cast's DVD only being available if you buy both the 4th cast and the tsuika kouen DVDs
... really? Did I make a mistake? Or am I confusing 5th cast with DL5?

Yup, if I'm reading everything on the animate page right--you have to buy both the 4thCast/HyouteiA DVD AND the Tokyo Tsuika Kouen DVD (which is also 4th Cast and HyouteiA) to be able to BUY the 5th Cast/HyouteiB DVD.

Lies! You were standing right next to me when I bought that CD/DVD, so you should've noticed right away that it didn't get reserved! :P So as punishment for making me look bad, you have to go back to the Shibuya Animate all by yourself. Good luck with that. :D

actually, since you bought your CD/DVD at the Ikebukuro one, I have to go back THERE and get it XD Which I'm doing today since I have to go there for Arashi anyways >_>
