Don't feel bad about the Japanese thing... Last night I went to an Asian restuarant with my parents and my aunt where like all the workers were Chinese. My dad and aunt kept wanting me to say, "It tastes good!" in Japanese to our waiter who was definitely Chinese. It was embarassing too. =_=
