Wow.

That was incredible, one of those perfect stories that you don't realize that you've been wanting to read until you've read it. I love what you did, and how you did it, and how it all makes terrible, wonderful sense. You made me cry. Just wonderful.

Wow, thanks! I'm really flattered. I always get a secret little thrill when people tell me they are emotionally affected by my writing. I'm glad it made sense, I wasn't sure about the transitiony parts. On the show they've shown it happening in several different ways. Thank you thank you thank you for your feedback!

That was really good. Excellent characterization.

Thanks! I went back and forth showing a more needy side of Jessica, but I don't think she's always been so hard, and she just sort of wrote herself. Thanks for your feedback!

Dude, that was intense! Very nice, and having Jessica be occasionally torporal was great and added that extra element of angst of Jessica being just out of her reach. There relationship is so messed up, and yet I love it, and Jessica is crazy but I love her, and it was beautiful and painful ... and good stuff!

corporeal, corporeal not torporal (I don't even know what that means! *le sigh* it was a looooong day.) Corporeal ;)

Ooooooh, thanks. And, I knew what you meant with the corporeal, lol. I'm happy that it was believable. They are SO messed up, but I love that about them. I'm really honored by your comments, I love reading your work and I've been a fan a long time. Write more Sandercest!

You did a really amazing job of playing around with the different ways the show's canon has them interacting. And, just, wow: She understands what Jessica’s been protecting her from all these years, and she doesn’t want her own bruises anymore. Man, after all that perfect build-up of tension, that line just slayed me. Great job :)

Or... "slaid"? "slew"? I don't know, somehow "slayed" is looking wrong now. Hmmm.

Thanks! They are ALL OVER THE PLACE on the show, lol, I went back and forth with when and how Jessica emerges. I'm looking forward to getting more answers about them, and writing more fic. Thanks all over the place for the feedback. I'm a feedback whore. And, I think 'slayed' is right. Better than slew, anyway. And, slayed is good, right? lol

I have a massive doppelcest obsession, and the emergence of a near-canonical femslash pairing the likes of this one fills me with squee! your story is thought-provoking and disturbing and lovely -- everything I crave.

Wow, thanks for such wonderful feedback. I've not gotten so into the doppelcest in other fandoms, but I find myself really intrigued by the power dynamic between Niki/Jessica, and I want to just look at it and take it apart and turn it upside down and put it back together again. And I'm crossing my fingers that more of their relationship to one another comes out in canon. Thanks for reading, and write some yourself!
