I originally signed up on tumblr under banshee-cheekbones, but now that I have an active LJ once more, I thought I'd comment on here.

What femslash ship are you currently excited about and why?
I'm currently really into Betty/Veronica from Riverdale! They have great chemistry together, and I'm always a sucker for friends to lovers, so it basically writes itself.

Writers: Are you more of a plotter or pantser when it comes to writing?
Definitely a plotter. Even for shorter stores, I need something written down for me to stay on track.

How’s your progress with the yearly challenge?
I, er, have an idea? It's a story I originally planned on writing for another challenge a long time ago, but I never quite got around to it. It's a Teen Wolf fusion with Pushing Daisies, and I'd really like to try and get it done.

I am not signed up for the yearly challenge this year, but I love these questions! Hope it's okay to participate even though I'm just doing monthly challenges. :)

What femslash ship are you currently excited about and why?
Sigrun/Velanna from Dragon Age Awakening. Probably because I have a recurring weakness for dwarf/elf pairings. Maybe it's the height difference thing. I also love pairings where one partner is kind of a joker and one is kind of prickly, and this ship is all about that. Sadly, I am in rarepair hell right now - there are a grand total of 10 fics tagged with them on AO3. SOMEONE TALK TO ME ABOUT SIGRUN/VELANNA.

Writers: Are you more of a plotter or pantser when it comes to writing?
Kind of in the middle? I like to jot down the basic plot points I want to hit and maybe some other notes while leaving a lot of room to play around in between.

I've really been enjoying doing some back stories for Golden Girls' Blanche and X-Men's Raven/Irene lately. I've also been revisiting Xena/Gabrielle, who need no fandom tag, and am eagerly anticipating the possibilities for Jubilee and Roxie in the new Generation X comic series.

As for the writing, I'm almost a total pantser. Most of the stories I write start with the barest idea, and it seems like the more I know before I start typing, the harder it is to actually write!

As for the yearly challenge, I've done stories for all three months so far this year!
