There is a bout awkward laughter from both of them, but it lasts just for a second. Their eyes meet and then Elena dives down for another kiss, lips meeting nervously and full of hunger. Hands groping and Bonnie tugging to get Elena's shirt off. Elena's lips are against Bonnie's throat, lapping, kissing, biting, but it's the way Elena's body moves gracefully and strong on top of her that makes Bonnie so hot she wants to jump out of her own skin. They tear at each other's clothes in a confusing mess, wanting them off each other but not wanting to take their lips off each other. There's hair in Bonnie's mouth and accidental pulling and the leg of her pants gets stuck on her foot when she tries to get rid of them.

But it's not her clothes that matter. What matters are Elena's jeans and how they slide off Elena's hips when Elena raises them from the bed and Bonnie pulls on them. Bonnie thinks she might come right then and there, or at the very least pass out from excitement, just seeing this and seeing it revealed just for her. She pulls ( ... )

Afterwards they lie in bed, tangled up together with Bonnie hugging Elena from behind. It's the place she wants to be because it places her in the perfect spot, their hands entangled together and with Bonnie's lips against that secret spot on Elena's right shoulder blade that she has decided she's in love with. There's a lightness in a stomach that makes her feel like floating and every second she can barely make up her mind between just looking at that tiny spot in amazement or placing another kiss on it.

Bonnie can't see it but she can feel Elena drawing a circle on her hand with her thumb. "Next time," Elena says and Bonnie's heart makes a happy little jump because she can hear the smile in Elena's voice. "Next time we'll get hair bands".
