Yes you can post it there (or anywhere else you want), you can link to it (it's just on my photobucket), but I would prefer if you hosted it yourself so that if I move it, it doesn't break your link. I tend to have the avatar links pretty stable since I link to them from my own website, but I can't guarantee that they will always be there.
