Monster Admin Posting and New Challenge Challenge

Fluff! the site has under gone a few changes.

First,  I have created an Old, Unfluffed Challenge page. Once a challenge has hung around for awhile yet no one has taken up the gauntlet, it will be removed from the main page. If someone fluffs an Old Challenge, it will reappear on the main page with the proper link to the story. Right now, I have

make sure to post the photos or icons

icons can be hosted by LJ or elsewhere (same for photos I guess) since the picture & icon challenge page is hosted off LJ, I guess it would be nicer if I didn't hotlink to images on LJ but put them on my server, but that is up to the artist or capper
