IDoF 2011 Drabblethon!
Hey there! As sheepfairy informed you all in the previous post, I'm olivia_j and I'm very happy to say I'll be stepping in to look after things here at femslash100! *waves hi*
And because it's always good to keep traditions going, it's time for our yearly femslash100 drabblethon in celebration of International Femslash Day which this year falls on July 16!
The way this works, if you haven't been around for one of the previous rounds, is that you'll respond to this post with as many prompts as you'd like, and on the 16th I'll put up a post with a list of all the prompts for people to respond to with their drabbles. If you're still not clear on the concept, oxoniensis's Porn Battle is the classic challenge of this style and should give you a good idea of how it works.
Please post your prompts to this post using the format 'Fandom, CharacterA/CharacterB, prompt', and if you're requesting a fandom with multiple versions be sure to note which version you're requesting. If you want to give more than one prompt per pairing, just put them on the same line. The prompt doesn't have to be one word, but do please keep it short. Please note the format - it'll make it much easier on me when it comes to compiling the list if everything is uniform. So, for example:
Battlestar Galactica (2003), Caprica/Boomer, robots in love
Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy Summers/Faith Lehane, drinks, stakes, leather
Telephone (music video), Gaga/Honey B, poison
RPF, Taylor Swift/Selena Gomez, ice cream, home
Crossover, Eureka/Portal, S.A.R.A.H./GLaDOS - mind trip, electric
If you'd like to add or edit any prompts, please do so in a new comment! I'll be putting together the list as comments come in, so if you just edit an old comment I might miss it.
You can submit prompts anytime between now and July 16th at 2:00 PM UTC. Because we're starting a little later than normal and we'd like to make time for as many drabbles as possible we'll be running the challenge over the whole weekend. So we'll start writing on Saturday, July 16th, at 2:00 PM UTC and end on Monday, July 18th, at 2:00PM UTC (and just click the links if you want to know when exactly that is where you live).
The rules as to what kind of prompts are allowed are the same as for the normal challenges - any fandom, any f/f pairing, and crossovers and rpfs are welcomed with open arms. You can submit as many prompts as you'd like, and submitting a prompt doesn't oblige you to actually write a drabble. You don't have to be a member of the community to submit either, so be sure to tell your friends!
