I adored your use of color-- this is such a vivid drabble. (And yeah, my dorky little art history major heart skipped a beat. *grins*) I very much liked the phrase "dark addict eyes" as well. Altogether a lovely drabble!

Thank you so much, I'm glad you liked the drabble. When I was in college back in the early 1990's I was sort of infamous for a poem I wrote about my crush on Winona Ryder. When Bram Stoker's Dracula came out I about died during the scene where she and Sadie Frost kiss. Let's just say it's seared on my memory for all time.

I have seen the film "Swoon" years ago-- it's based on the Leopold and Loeb which I'm sort of fascinated by. I've read a couple of books on it plus watch movies like "Rope" and "Compulsion"
