fandom: Battlestar Galactica

I never thought chicks in a glowing vat of Vaseline could be so sexy! And deep! Go you.

Battlestar Polyamory is all about the hot naked chicks in vats of goo, baby. I just can't believe I forgot to put in the jumpgasm! being deep is hard.

I had the impression that I was dipping into a pool of hidden knowledge, of familiarity and alienness all at the same time. You've portrayed D'Anna's experience with such vividness for such a short piece. Wonderful piece; had a lovely time reading. :)

thanks for the beautiful feedback, as usual. I'm so pleased to hear that this little fic evoked such things for you.

I also wanted you to know that a fic's being posted for the Dead of Winter Calendar (Dec. 6) and that a lot of the ideas in it, including entire bits and pieces of your vblog's discussion on archive and theories on the Cylon God, were part of its premise(s).

I also did a bit of a tribute to "The Map" that you're building, adding a hybrid to the picture.

In short, the story's all your fault. :) I thought I should give credit where credit is due. Thank you and I am eternally grateful for your (and the vblog's inhabitants') brains. Send them my love!

I'm happy that I could provide inspiration for your wonderful story! my favorite aspect of it is how Roslin/Six is present only as this echo of memory. the circuitous structure is so perfect, because it's strange and disorienting in a way that suggests the foreignness of the cylon experience of consciousness. bravo!

That last mouseover made me gasp out loud, and this is just sheer thinky loveliness.

Also, I'm not quite sure when Three got to be my favorite cylon, but she's rapidly claiming the title...

who hoo! I'm so happy the mouseover technique worked. I love Three fiercely, with all her crazy divine authority, and I'm weeping for her too.

OOh, I really like the mouse-over technique. It adds to the multi-levelness of the whole thing, makes it seem more solid. And the running concept of an actual death, not just the destruction of her body and being reborn into a new one, is really interesting.

yay! I'm so glad that it had the effect I was going for.
