In the hotel industry, appreances are very important. The rooms must be tidy, the sheets clean, the bar shiny ... even the staff must be dressed to perfection.
Rebecca will scold the staff if they haven't got a tie on, or their shoes aren't shiny. If Anna's blouse is unbuttoned too low, she's sure to be called into Rebecca's office for what appears to be a talking to.
But things don't always look as they seem. What to others may appear to be a boss reprimanding a staff member, might actually be two women making the most of an opportunity to be together in private. In Rebecca's office they're almost guaranteed not to be disturbed.
So once the door is closed behind them it's safe for Rebecca to pull Anna in close and run her hands along her hips, before loosening the zip on her skirt as Anna kisses her passionately.
When they both emerge from the room in ten minutes time, they will look no different to before they went in, except that Anna's blouse will now be buttoned modestly. Both women will then go about their usual routine.
Because if everything appears to be normal and perfect, then nobody will suspect a thing.
