"We've got to talk," Dorothy demands, storming into the kitchen.
"Ooo, boy! Somebody's gonna get it!" Sophia leaves, cackling.
"What's wrong, Dorothy?"
Clearly disgusted, Dorothy throws a tiny cloth onto the kitchen table. Her angry eyes glower at Blanche, demanding an explanation, but the Southern belle just grins.
"Ah see ya got mah note."
"Your . . . Your note?" Dorothy intones in disbelief.
Blanche nods. "Why, o' course, shugah. Ya didn't think anybody else would've left those fer ya, did ya?"
Dorothy's face is quickly turning as red as the underwear in question. "Do you know . . . I happened . . . to pull this . . . out . . . in the cafeteria!?!" she demands, teeth gritted.
"Oh." Blanche's joy falters. "Ah . . . Ah didn't think 'bout that," she admits.
"That's right! You didn't think! I could've lost my job over crap like this! Thankfully, only one guy noticed, and -- "
"Whoever he is, honey, Ah'm sure Ah can get him off of ya! Just give me his name an' number, an' Ah'll take care o' everythin'."
"Well," Dorothy hesitates, "he wasn't exactly mad. He . . . kind of . . . thought it was sexy."
Blanche wriggles her eyebrows, her grin returning. "See?" she asks her. "No harm done."
"You don't get it, do you?! I was so embarrassed! I could have died!"
"But you didn't," Blanche observes, standing and sashaying to her. She picks up the lacy thong and drags it underneath Dorothy's nose. "You know you like this."
"That's not the point."
"Yes, it is!"
"Dorothy, you fuss too much, darlin'." Blanche shuts her up with a kiss.
