She’s selling the last of what meagre grain she had to a toothless elderly man who’s eyes linger on her breasts, when she spots Bo Peep yelling at some poor young boy, brandishing a crook in one hand.
If Cora had more of a heart, she might have stopped her, but she likes power, and Bo Peep clearly displays a lot of it.
That’s why she Cora strides over to her after she’s finished. Cora holds her head high, and attempts to act a higher class than she actually is.
Bo Peep smirks.
