I *really* liked your Cameron. Go figure. I could just see her looking all awkward and bambi-eyed - so her.
Also, Cuddy is so sexy. You can pair her with anyone and she totally smokes. The lesbian slut queen *killed* me, though. Oh, I'm moving to New Jersey...
It's my firm belief that Cuddy is actually THE power lesbian of all time. Who wouldn't want to be her latest conquest? It made perfect sense to me that Cameron would be all over that, if she ever encountered it.
'I'm fairly sure I haven't been hiding her anywhere.
That's SO Cuddy.
But at the same time she's very aware that she's been seated at the kiddie table.
Hee! Mean ole Cuddy.
And while she isn't shy or socially inept, Cameron knows she's not that, either.
Awww, woobie.
She's embarrassed that people seem to think she needs to be taken care of.
That's like, the definition of Cameron. The perception, and the embarrassment of it.
Being more social was supposed to be a positive thing. She's starting to wish she'd stayed home.

'What I am isn't the point - I don't appreciate being a topic of discussion amongst people who don't know me at all.'
Oh, Cameron.
somehow, with this knew knowledge about Cuddy, she feels like she's been lied to. Though she's not sure when precisely, or by whom.
I liked that moment.
After all, it's not like Cameron has a problem being straightforward. She opens her mouth and these things come out and occasionally she thinks she'd be better off taking
( ... )
Thanks so much! Cuddy snarkage is ALWAYS fun to write, and as for Cameron - it was interesting exploring the reasons she acts the way she does sometimes. Glad they both came across well for you!
Wow, that was amazing! It was really, really fit the characters well, which I think is kind of difficult in a Cuddy/Cameron fic, but you pulled it off very realistically.
