Look, Femme, there's overachieving and there's overachieving ... I feel you've taken this to an extreme level.

I never thought you'd hear me say this, but I am not impressed with your body! BOOOOO to it! I'm normally a fan, because you are brilliant, but this is nothing like its best work. Though you made me laugh with the 'Sure, it's cancer, but I get smug points for being right' comment. This competitiveness can be channelled into sports, you know!

Is there anything practical we can do aside from send you all our best love and hopes for speedy treatment and recovery? I have some really silly kids films and TV that could go your way.
