This is so good. I love your Frank, so honest and desperate and I adore the way you write Mikey and YEAH IT'S ALL AWESOME.

Frank/Mikey! FRANK/MIKEY! You have no idea how happy this makes me. So, so lovely. Your Frank is pretty perfect, I have to say. And the descriptions throughout are wonderful - I particularly like all of the rain at crucial scenes. Thank you so much for writing this! (There should be more of this pairing, if you ask me.)

I don't think I've ever told you, but your Pete/Patrick is one of the reasons I got into fandom--a big one.

I'm always impressed by your writing and how completely it captivates me and this was no exception. I tend to be a shipper and Frank/Mikey isn't my ship, but I trusted you, so I read this.

It was phenomenal. Your characters are so real and your writing so evocative. I really felt Frank in this and his confusion and a bit of self-loathing at it all. It was beautifully, brillantly done.

The ultimate resolution, the Frank/Mikey moment was also done so well. I like that Frank telling Mikey he loved him, rather than being a mistake, was the thing that Mikey needed to hear.

I loved the opening description of how Frank saw Mikey and how he liked odd.

It was all just lovely and wonderful and it hurt, but in a good way because you brought it all together in the end.
