I have comments to answer and email to answer, but I thought I'd share two offerings from hpshortfics tonight before I stumble off to bed. Both over the 500-word limit, alas. The theme was fairy tales, and I was in a Snaco mood, it seems...

Oooh Ron as Rumplestiltskin is very intriguing, and I can see Snape reading everything he could to keep Draco.

The second one killed me. It's so bittersweet: Severus's realization that Draco could be dangerous, the scent of damask roses, and the fact that he didn't care. Beautiful.

The first one was wonderfully original, and the second one was breathtaking, truly beautiful writing, and the ending knocked my socks off!

Oh, fantastic, esepcially the second. How you can express so much in such few words is something I shall never know but will always be in awe of.
