So I'm not the only who 'ships Logan/Marie? I was beginning to think I was ...

Actually I don't read any fanfic other than BSG normally but I figured I'd give this a try. I really like the story - some of the language was very ... how do I describe it - street-like which while it's very 'Logan' doesn't seem very 'Marie' to me, but maybe it's just been so long since I saw the movies that I don't remember.

Very cool story though, and something I could totally see happening. If I were her I'd want the cure too. (And the cheeky, hairy wolverine ain't bad either ...) :)

Stardust mon ange (I'm feeling French today), thank you SO SO much for reading my little fic. And even more for the review. I posted this at ff.net as well and even though it's gotten 100 hits, alas, only one review. ::sigh:: I NEED ATTENTION! But you'r definitely not the only Logan/Marie shipper. I've even seen them be refered to as 'Rogan' and that made me smile.

As for your comment on Marie's speech...I can see where you're going with that, but in my head she got more Mississippi the more she got frustrated. But I can see what you mean by it.

Thanks again.

You are most welcome. :) It was a good little fic. I've been wanting to read your work but to be honest, Riddick does nothing for me so I was quite happy to see this. I'm not a big comic book (sorry, graphic novel!) person but I quite enjoyed the X-men movies. :)

As for ff.net - don't sweat it. There are plenty of things I get no reviews (or very few) on myself. And some of them are things I think are better than the long drawn-out fics people always review. You just never can tell with your audience. :)

I was never really big on comics (I never really cared for the term 'graphic novel', comics is so much shorter), unti I got my job at the library. I work in the teen department and whenever we get new comics in, I get to go through and read them - make sure they're age appropriate. And have since fallen in love with them. I don't go out to the comic book stores myself, but I get excited when we get new ones in.

I'd love to eventually do a BSG fic, but I feel like I don't know the characters well enough to do them justice. I mean, I know who they are, but I don't feel comfortable enough in their universe yet. But somehow, I know Riddick. Should I be worried that I understand a sociopathic killer more than a viper pilot?

Hey hon :) Sorry took me so long but I finally read it and kicking myself in the butt for waiting. I loved it and I am a closet marie/logan shipper.. hell I named my kid after him lol not Logan from DA which some ppl thinks I did. hpmh

It was short but sweet I like the fact that he will take the chance to prove himself because lets face it that's Wolverine through and through. Tough on the outside but extreme soft spot for Rogue on the inside. Awesome job :) The dialogue for Logan was spot on and well we usually have Rogue come off as sweet in the movie, a little uncertain of herself but she's clearly grown as a person and I think given time she would sound exactly like how you portrayed her (I think that's because I watched too many xmen toons hehe )

again Great Job :) Loved it! Keep it up.

Thanks for giving it a read and leaving a review, firesong. It means a lot. I think it's great that you named your kid after him...what's not to love. And when anyone ever asks him who he's named after, at least he can say he's a super/antihero. ;) And there's no such thing as too many cartoons. I'm sure you'll disagree with me, but I still like 'em. Catsh hell from my family for it too. Ah, c'est la vie. Thanks again, girl. Feel free to pester me to read anything of yours.

I'm sure he'll thank me later for his name lol that's if he doesn't glare at me when they start teasing him.
And you're right there's no such thing as too many cartoons lol Joys of having kids you can watch them without getting hell from anyone; you just blame it on the kids hehe

I haven't really written anything new.. my muse is slowly evading me I'm really fighting this next Chapter I swear Max just won't cooperate with me, I'm about to sucker punch her... I would recomment Into The Fire but you're not a big Supernatural Fan so it's not big :) Just the fact that you've read pretty much everything else I've writen so far is good enough for moi...

I'm sure Max could use a good sucker punch. Just remember, she can run faster than you. ;) And it's not that I don't like Supernatureal, I've just never seen it. But I promise you as soon as I get caught up on all the episodes, I'll give it a read.

I made it :) I found the time to read and feedback :) and I liked it!

three of my favorite parts were

She’d been standing in the same spot for exactly six hours, twenty-three minutes and forty-seven seconds-not that she was counting.

She was so lost in thought that the abrupt roaring of an oncoming motorcycle made her jump. Wait, a motorcycle?

He quickly hopped off the bike and sniffed, rather than looked for her.

good job :)

Aww, thanks Phoenix. I'm glad you liked it. And the idea of Logan sniffing her out made me smile. But the main reason I wrote this little ficlet was just so I could have some random guy tell him "no cuts,/i>". When I saw it it my head it made me giggle and I had to put that it in there. I amuse myself to no end. Thanks again for leaving some feedback.
