I think that this is so great! It's different from the usual happily-ever-after Harry/Ginny fics that I've read, and I very much liked it.

Wow, you wrote this beautifully, this is the teenager Harry I know... crushing over Ginny, finding her so irresistible. Their sexual tension is so palpable (at least to me, though Jo has to tone it down, the chest monster thing ( ... )

Thank you so much. And yes, ITA, I think H/G is a very sexually charged ship and I think that elemental attraction (and love) is what will get them through the difficulties that are inherent when two such stubborn people get together!

Thank you again for such thoughtful FB, and also for pointing me to those comms. :)

You're most welcome.

One of the best H/G LJ sites is this, where I get fics or artworks that I might have missed:

You wrote another HG fic? So soon? ♥

This totally made my day!

It wasn’t-he thinks but does not know how to tell her-just for her own safety that he left her behind. It was also for his. He didn’t know what to do with her. Didn’t know her. He still doesn’t, but he wants to.

Sooooo true. He really didn't know what to do with her!

Oh, I love that you have so much understanding for BOTH of them!

I wish I knew where one could post HG fics, but I'm not a very active fandom person, and I don't know. I get my HG fics here. I'm really pretty sure that you just have to add them as a friend and they'll include the link to your fic in the next issue. Or you could just email them. This gorgeousness has to be shared!

Also, I'd just like to say that I'm joining the huge number of people who would like to read BtVS/HP crossover kinky femslash! Willow/Luna? Dude!

I did! I know, very soon, but I found that after writing the other one I really wanted to try and get inside Harry's head as well. And thank you also for pointing me in that direction - I did what you said and they didn't mind at all. :)

As for Willow/Luna, I hope it happens! I can be so mood-oriented about what I end up writing. Like if I'd had access to my computer while I was thinking about that on my flight it would probably already be written and posted.

you know, it's the second time in less than a week that you wrote something that's been on my mind for a while. I love H/G fics, because I love H/G enough to overlook the fact that Harry doesn't know Ginny the way she knows him. A story where Harry knows exactly what Ginny's feeling after the war makes no sense to me, simply because he doesn't know her, and to have the happy family they have on the epilogue he has to get to know her, and that's something writers seem to overlook.

Thank you for this fic(and for the other one as well). It's always refreshing to read the characters as real people :)

Thank you! I'm flattered that my stories were thought-provoking for you. And here's the thing with H/G (to me) - I think the struggles and journey that these two would have to go through in order to get where they were in the epilogue are what can make them interesting.

Also:

It's always refreshing to read the characters as real people :)

I'm just pleased as punch that you'd say that. And I love you icon!

I totally agree with you. I've been a H/G shipper since CoS because of the potential this ship had from the start. I always saw it as, if it happened, would have to be a struggle, because both characters had (in my mind) a side of darkness because of their experiences with Voldemort. When it did happen in canon, it bothered me that the complexity of what that relationship could mean, for both of them, wasn't explored, but I understood that this was not a story about Harry's love life. That's why the fics I enjoy the most are those that flirt with the idea of the complexity of their relationship I have inside my head. Those that shows a bit of the road they had to take to get to the point where they were in the Epilogue, which, as corny as it was, I loved.
