1. Tonks is a shape-shifting female auror. She is um, OLDER than Harry Potter (but not THAT much). She usually has purple hair and is played in the movies by the same actress who was the punk rock girl that the kid in About a Boy had a crush on.

I just rewatched that Clana vid set to Regina Spektor and it made me tear up a bit. Maybe because I'm on my period and I tend to get over-emotional at this point in my cycle. It's a pretty gorgeous vid. ANYWAY. It reminded me of being at your place and then I was SAD because I want to be there right now watching all sorts of fandom vids with you. WAH!

P.S. This is the only wank-inspired icon I have ever used, mostly because I think it's pretty hilarious out of context. Oddly though, now it's the only S/B icon I've got up.

This does not mean that I think that I am entirely above all topics that people call "wank." For one thing, I think a lot of debates that often end up getting filed under "wank" are worth having, especially when they have to do with the way we treat one another. Or representational politics, etc.
