The last line of the Globe article linked above is "Medical surveys have estimated that more than 40 percent of women suffer from some form of sexual dysfunction."
Translation: 40% of women do not reliably have orgasms during intercourse. The real problem is that the men are doing it wrong, and the reason that is never addressed is that for many women, "doing it right" means doing something other than PIV intercourse. Making sex not be about the penis -- quel horrible!
