Bush has nominated Harriet Miers to replace retiring justice Sandra Day O'Connor.

She's NEVER been a judge. Yeah, great. Who needs experience or opinions, anyhow?

Not only that, but she was the President's personal attorney, and currently she's White House counsel.

Umm...can we say....conflict of interest?

Wow Bush is a real jerk to Gonzales, passing him over twice but talking about it like he's totally the nominee.

This woman is not looking good, and it looks much less ambiguous about her politics than Roberts.

She seems like an odd choice. But, then again, maybe not. She doesn't have a judicial record and, therefore, none to oppose.

This is great! No one has a clue about her, so she can teach napkin folding and card shuffling to the old wives of the justices and then help dismantle Roe and no one will see it coming because she has nothing to hide - there's nothing to find!...it's perfect.

sweet perfection.

Hahahaha what a master thinker! I'm jealous of his deviousness!
