I don't have much to say other than that I'm glad the UK is finally catching on. And that I like that they used an all-women team to raid the brothel and help the women out. And I think it's great that they videotaped the whole thing.

Yes watching it on the national news was quite something. There must have been about thirty or forty women police officers making the raid. When do you ever see a scene like that?

Umm, when the cameras have been informed to be there beforehand?

The women will probably all be deported. The UK isn't being as cuddly to these women as everybody seems to think. The police and government are well aware of the trafficking problems in this country. Edinburgh is just one example of a city where the problem is widely known of and yet nothing is done.

I'm talking about an operation using thirty or forty women police officers if that wasn't clear.

The UK is beginning to take trafficking seriously. I know there are discussions going on at the moment about how to treat trafficked women. I don't know how they are planning to treat these women but at least they are acknowledging they have been trafficked against their will, it's a start. Have you got a link as you seem to have more information than I do?

Hi, would you please post this in endtrafficking?
Also, if you hear of this being aired in the US, I'd LOVE to see it. This is awesome!
