Well, guess what started chirping its bloody fucking head off when I was thisclose to being asleep? If you said last night's cricket (AKA the bane of my existence), you are CORRECT!

Thanks for the lulzy answers- last night, as I was gathering my belongings to come ad sleep in the office, I managed to figure out what side of the room it was on, because it stopped chirping when I walked past. It may, however, be behind my desk.

The funny thing is, I was almost asleep, and I thought "I don't care if the cricket is here, as long as I can't see it." Within five minutes, it let me know that it can still bother me even when I can't see it. I will catch it tonight and show it out the door!
Still, I was up to read the Eye Opener, so not all was lost!
