Thank you, very much. Gryffindor is a House of contradictions to me- supposedly brave and unbending, but then having members like the Marauders, the Weasley twins, and Harry, who constantly does things he isn't supposed to. I thought Minerva's Animagus form might be a way of her expressing that side, which can't come out in her day-to-day interactions with students.

Great story. Loved the way you link it to my favourite Potter-moment: It unscrews the other way!
And what a spectacular last line. It should be embroidered and framed, and hung in Minerva's classroom.
