A beautiful look at Ariadne, dreamer and builder. I love how her architecture builds form blocks to drawings and pictures and trying to build round shapes from square things. Thank you

Thank you! The basic idea of Ariadne as someone from a blended family (with a younger half-sister) is something I picked up from sour_idealist and it seemed so perfect I adopted it as my own headcanon. And I think the frustration of trying to build things that won't be built (whether because of inadequate fine motor skills, or just the inherent limitations of the laws of physics) could blend with a wish for other impossible things and maybe help explain why Ariadne was so quick to throw herself into dream architecture instead of getting hung up on the way paradoxes mess with your head.

Beautiful and just about perfect. I like Ariadne a lot, and you've given her a very well-written backstory. The ending almost made me tear up, as well.
